Xtra Time Web Desk: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone’s 10 year old tweet resurfaced on social media after Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) were bowled out for 92 runs against Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2021 match on Monday. The Virat Kohli-led side looked rusty and was completely outplayed by the Knight Riders. The Bangalore side was bowled out for 92 runs after batting first.
In the wake of RCB’s paltry score, an old tweet of Deepika Padukone went viral on social media. Deepika’s tweet was surrounding a IPL 2010 match between RCB and Rajasthan Royals at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. In that game Anil Kumble led Royal Challengers Bangalore bowled out Rajasthan Royals for 92 runs. Praveen Kumar and Anil Kumble picked three wickets apiece.
Deepika who was a big fan of RCB then, tweeted after the match, “92!!is that even a score!?way to go RCB!with u guys all the way…watching every second of it live!”
As soon as RCB themselves got bowled out for 92 runs against KKR, the netizens did not waste a moment to resurface Deepika’s old tweet.
