IPL 2019: Amit Mishra gets out in an unconventional way. Find out how?

XtraTime Web Desk: Drama continued in eliminator match between SunRisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals as the third umpire sent Amit Mishra back to the pavilion for obstructing the field. This happened first time in this season of IPL. On the fourth delivery of the final over Khaleel Ahmed bowled a delivery outside off stump and after Mishra missed the ball he tried to take a run. SRH wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha threw the ball to Khaleel and he tried to run Mishra out but Mishra ran completely in the middle of the turf and the throw hit him.

SRH first went up for a caught-behind call and then for obstructing the field. First the on field umpire S Ravi again miss judged it and asked the third umpire whether it was a caught behind. The third umpire gave it as not out first as the ball didn’t hit the bat. Later they checked for obstructing the field and the umpire gave him out. This is the second time that a cricketer was given out for obstructing the field. Earlier Yusuf Pathan became the first batsman in IPL to get out in this fashion back in 2013 during the match between Kolkata Knight Riders & Pune Warriors India.
