Xtra Time Web Desk: Leading multiplex operators in India, Inox Leisure has announced it would offer free movie tickets for lifetime to all Indian medal winners at Tokyo Olympics 2020. The company also declared that every single member of the Indian contingent will be provided one year free movie tickets at any Inox multiplex across the country.
A contingent of 125 athletes is representing the country at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics. So far it has been a disappointing performance from the Indian athletes barring the exception of weightlifter Mirabai Chanu who won silver in the 49kg category.
Earlier, popular pizza company Domino’s had announced free pizza for silver medalist Mirabai Chanu and her family. Chanu in her post-match interviews after bagging silver medal for weightlifting in the Tokyo Olympics 2020, told reporters she couldn’t party due to the COVID-19 situation and would celebrate her achievement by eating pizza. Soon after, pizza brands flocked social media with promises of fresh pizza once she’s back home.
