Internet Desk: Ahead of the World T20 semifinal there have been much confusion regarding Yuvraj Singh’s injury. The southpaw who got out for 21 twisted his ankle during the match against Australia. According to some media reports Yuvraj could be replaced by Manish Pandey if he failed to get fit before the semifinal on 31st March . But Indian Team media manager Nishanjit Arora completely denying this fact. “Its absolutely baseless. It is absolutely false that Manish Pandey is replacing Yuvraj.”
The team management is assessing Yuvraj’s Injury. Two days is left for the semifinal against West Indies. Yuvraj’s MRI has been done on Monday. The report will come soon. Indian team arrived at Mumbai from Mohali at 6 pm on Monday. Yuvraj had to be attended by the physio between the match. Indian team will be practicing for the next two days at Mumbai. Yuvi’s fitness report will be known in the upcoming two days.
Manish Pandey was seen with the Indian team. According to sources, the kind of injury Yuvraj suffered it needs 7-10 days to get fully fit. If this happens Yuvraj could be out of the World T20 and Manish Pandey might replace him.
