Debutant batter Sai Sudharsan played a pivotal role in the triumph, showcasing his talent with an unbeaten knock of 55 runs off just 43 balls. His aggressive yet composed innings provided the necessary impetus for India's successful chase of the modest target of 117.
Sudharsan found a reliable partner in Shreyas Iyer, who contributed a well-earned 52 runs off 45 balls, further consolidating India's pursuit. The duo's partnership ensured that India achieved the target in just 16.4 overs, underlining their dominance in the match.
