Xtra Time Web Desk: The Indian squad for the upcoming tour to West Indies will be picked on June 27. There are talks about few senior players being rested for the full series or part of the series. Captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj are likely to be part of the test series only.

Yashasvi Jaiswal is likely to be the new face in the test squad. Players like Arshdeep Singh, Sanju Samson and Umran Malik are expected to be part of the white ball squads. The Punjab pacer can also make into the test squad.

There were talks about Pujara getting dropped but there is no confirmation yet. If Rohit opts out of the Caribbean tour, then Cheteshwar Pujara will lead the side. Speaking about the white-ball squads, Hardik Pandya is expected to lead India in ODI and T20Is.

As far as the wicket keepers are concerned Sanju Samson is likely to be recalled for white ball series. He will be joining Ishan Kishan. Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rinku Singh, Harshal Patel and Kuldeep Yadav are also likely to be picked.

The Indian team will play two test matches in Dominica and Trinidad & Tobago before playing the ODI and T20I series.
