U16 Delhi left arm spinner Raunak Waghela with Proteas bowling coach Charl Langeveldt and Lungi Ngidi

Xtra Time Web Desk: The visiting South African batters s are leaving no stone unturned in getting ready to counter the likes of Yuzvendra Chahal, Ravi Bishnoi, Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin. The Proteas batters have been facing Delhi’s 14-year-old left arm spinner Raunak Waghela at the nets in trying to prepare themselves against the Indians.

Who is Raunak Waghela? He is a local cricketer from Delhi, who trains under Devdutt & Ashok Kumar at the Venkateshwar Cricket Academy. He also happens to be a part of Delhi’s U16 team. With South Africa missing an orthodox left-arm spinners, Waghela has been called up to be a net bowler.

Whether it will be enough preparations to counter Indian spin quartet, only time will say.
