Xtra Time Web Desk: The Indian cricketers are having a lovely time in Perth as they are busy preparing for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022 which gets underway from October 16. Rohit and his boys have been practicing at WACA ever since they reached the Western Australia state last week. The Men in Blue also played a practice game against Western Australia XI.

On Tuesday, the Indian team management gave the players a day-off. The entire squad – players and support staffs visited Rottnest Island, which is situated 19 kilometres off the coast of Perth. It was part of team bonding session.

Rottnest Island offers visitors a picturesque scenery, and a rich cultural heritage to discover on a day trip. The Island is also considered as a marine paradise. It is famous for its lovely beaches, bays, coral reefs and wrecks. The Indian cricketers had great fun spending their time on the sea cruise.

India’s star batter Virat Kohli was seen clicking pics with Quokka. It is a rarest animal found in the planet.

The Indian players will be back to training on Wednesday at WACA ground ahead of their second practice game against Western Australia XI on Thursday.
