XtraTime Web Desk: I-League gets its much deserved compliment, as India football team head coach Igor Stimac lavished praise about the league as he admitted he was “impressed” by the talent on display in the competition and stated that he was looking forward to watching more games in the coming weeks.
“It was fantastic to witness two I-League matches in Mumbai and Goa and I’m really impressed with the talents,” Stimac said on his Twitter.
“Looking forward to see more action in coming days,” he wrote.
Stimac was spotted in the stands in Mumbai watching Indian Arrows take on Kolkata giants East Bengal at the Cooperage Stadium. He also watched Mohun Bagan thrash Churchill Brothers 3-0 to extend their lead at the top of the table at Goa
