I-League: Bazie scores the winner, Real Kashmir jumps on the fifth position

XtraTime Web Desk: The battle for the I-League mid-table clash gets more intense as Real Kashmir defeated Indian Arrows 1-0 in an I-League encounter at the TRC Turf Stadium in Srinagar on Monday afternoon.

Arrows put up a stiff resistance until Bazie Armand (70′) found the net in the second half.

After a goal-less first half, the Snow Leopards started showing more intent in the second half. The deadlock was finally broken in the 70th minute through Bazie Armand. Mason Robertson delivered a long throw-in inside the six-yard box and the central midfielder jumped over Ruivah Hormipam to head the ball home.

After this win Real Kashmir moved on to the fifth position with 18 points from 12 matches.
