I-League 2018/19: Mohun Bagan coach Shankarlal Chakraborty stepped down from his post

Kolkata: After losing against Real Kashmir at home Mohun Bagan head Coach Shankarlal Chakraborty has stepped down from his post due to the team’s dismal show.

Though Shankarlal will continue to do his job until they face Neroca FC on 12th of January. The Green & Maroon brigade will face defending champions Minerva Punjab in their next game on 9th January at Yuva Bharati Krirangan. The Bagan coach said, “We have two matches against Minerva and Neroca I will do my job till then. It’s a very good team but I failed to do my job. It’s my decision and I told it to the officials as well.”
