I-League 2018/19: Mason Robertson’s stunning brace drowned Mohun Bagan at home

Kolkata: Mason Robertson’s brilliant brace helped Real Kashmir to snatch three points against Kolkata giant Mohun Bagan at the Salt Lake Stadium on Sunday. A proud day for Real Kashmir head coach David Robertson as his son’s two stunning goal sealed the deal for them  after a draw against East Bengal. In the 34th minute Robertson scored as Arijit Bagui beaten in the air and the defender scores after he connects well to a cross by Surchandra Singh from the right. The Kolkata crowd was stunned after that goal.

Bagan’s star Haitian winger Sony Norde replied back with a brilliant free kick as the curling ball kissed the cross-bar and went inside. Bilal remains rooted to the spot in the 42nd minute.

Robertson scored the winner in the 74th minute and it was a gem of goal. Tetteh played a through ball to Mason and the Scottish player stroked thunderbolt towards goal which nestles inside the net after touching the inside of the near post.
