Xtra Time Web Desk: Former wicketkeeper Abhay Sharma will be applying for the role of fielding coach for Team India. The post will be left vacant after R Sridhar’s term ends after the T20 World Cup in UAE. The BCCI have already put out advertisements inviting application for the role of all the coaches.
Abhay Sharma has previously worked with the India A, India U19 teams. He has worked with the senior women’s side as well. The former first-class cricketer was also associated with the National Cricket Academy.
The deadline for the application is on November 3.
