East Bengal Womens have been drawn into Group B of the AFC Womens Champions League alongside Hwacheon KSPO WFC (South Korea), Ho Chi Minh City WFC (Vietnam) and 4.25 SC (North Korea) in Group B of the AFC Women's Champions League group stage after the draw conducted at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.
Kolkata will host the Group B fixtures, marking the first time the tournament is being played in the city. The Moshal Girls advanced to the group stage for the second year in a row by winning Group A of the Preliminary Stage at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, ahead of Sabah FA (Malaysia), Rovers FC (Guam), and Rajshahi Stars FC (Bangladesh).
The third edition of the AFC Women's Champions League will feature 12 clubs divided into three groups of four in a centralised league structure.
East Bengal FC, the Indian Women's League winners, will want to advance to the quarterfinals for the first time. Their opponents are the WK League champions Hwacheon KSPO WFC, the Vietnamese Women's League champions Ho Chi Minh City WFC, and the DPR Korea Women's Premier League champion 4.25 SC.
Following the group stage, the three group winners, three runners-up, and the two best-ranked third-place teams will move on to the knockout tournament. A separate Quarter Final draw will take place in December 2026 with the matches being played in March 2027. The three group winners and the best-ranked runner-up will host the quarter-final fixtures.
