Anilavaa Chatterjee: Good news for all Mohun Bagan fans as the club officials are likely to announce the new investor’s name of the club very soon. As per sources the new investor will be Arab’s oil manufacturing company ‘Aramco’. Though the official signing is yet to be done but the terms and conditions has already been agreed. The official announcement will be done in the first week of December.
As per Bloomberg news this is world’s one of the top oil manufacturing company and its brand value is 2 Trillion Dollers. Recently this company has bought Reliance’s twenty percent share. They got to know about Mohun Bagan club from Reliance itself. Reliance wants Mohun Bagan to see the top tier of Indian Football (ISL) and that’s why they had requested Aramco to invest on Mohun Bagan.
It has been learnt that from Mohun Bagan there will be Srinjoy Bose & Debashish Dutta in the Board of Directors and the terms and conditions will be done in a few days time. But if the deal gets done it will be a huge news for Indian Football.
