Barasat: East Bengal colts came from behind to defeat United Sports U-19 2-1 at the Barasat Stadium In the second match of the 120th IFA Shield . United sports were leading the match 1-0 at the end of the first half. The solitary goal was scored by Sandip Bhattacharya through a penalty in the 33rd minute. East Bengal looked clueless in the first half but they got hold of the match in the second half as they used their both flanks well. Arup Roy equalized for the Red and Golds in the beginning of the second half (48 minutes). Buddhua Bara sealed the match at the 69th minutes with a stunner. He get past the goalkeeper with an instep and pushed the ball in. Arup Roy was adjudged the Man of the match.
In the other match, AIFF U-19 defeated Liverpool-DSK Academy 4-3 in the first match of the IFA Shield.
