Durand Cup: Tournament Committee writes to The AIFF on East Bengal's approach
XtraTime Web Desk: Durand Cup gets a fresh new controversy as they write to the parent body of Indian football - The AIFF to request East Bengal to field their first team as they are set to field their U19 side for the upcoming Durand Cup which is slated to start from August 2.
The Red & Gold brigade under the guidance of coach Ranjan Chowdhury will be featuring in the tournament, as the senior team will continue their sessions at the training site of the Salt Lake Stadium. Head Coach Alejandro Menendez Garcia will prepare his troops for the Calcutta Football League and the AIFF Super Cup after he arrives on Wednesday.
