Untitled Kolkata: Tomorrow the Player Status Committee meeting of the AIFF will be held regarding the contract controversy of Abinas Ruidas. The future of the player will be decided as to whether he would be playing in the ISL or in East Bengal. Although it is almost certain and imminent that Abinash would be playing in ISL as the club are apparently unwilling to take in. However East Bengal club official Debabrata Sarkar when was enquired about the situation said, “We have said everything to AIFF.” However before the Player Status Committee meeting takes place, IFA Secretary Utpal Ganguly and AIFF Secretary Kushal Das would be holding a meeting to discuss about the above issue in Delhi where the Status Committee meeting is also scheduled to take place. As per reports even if Abinash Ruidas plays in the ISL he would be fined for repeatedly failing to reach the IFA meetings not even once. However all these decisions would be made tomorrow, and on the other hand as the IFA didn’t send the handwriting expert reports and waiting for the results meeting it can be said that the player is likely to play in ISL. As per rumors, East Bengal is near to sign a defensive midfielder from Hondurus, Rodolf Espanial. However the club officials are yet to speak about the matter.
