Xtra Time Web Desk: India had a great Day 6 in the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022 on Wednesday as the nation bagged 5 medals to raise their tally to 18 medals. The day began with Weightlifter Lovepreet Singh winning Bronze in the men’s 109kg category.
Squash player Sourav Ghoshal then followed it up by winning the Squash Men’s Singles Bronze , defeating James Willstrop 3-0.
Judoka Tulika Maan settled for silver in the 78 + kg category in Judo. Gurdeep Singh won Bronze in the Men’s 109+ kg category and the last medal of the day came in Athletics as Tejaswin Shankar won bronze in High Jump.
