Xtra Time Web Desk: Indian women’s team beat New Zealand 16-13 to reach final of Lawn Bowls. They will now meet South Africa in the final on Tuesday. This is India’s first finals appearance in the women’s fours format of Lawn Bowls.
It was a close contest with Rupa Rani Tirkey taking a brilliant shot to dislodge New Zealand’s closest bowl.
The Indian lawn bowls women’s team comprises of Rupa Rani Tirkey, Nayanmoni Saikia, Lovely Choubey and Pinki Singh.
