Churchill Brothers releases Dawda Ceesay as he is likely to join a Kolkata giant

XtraTime Web Desk: Churchill Brothers released their striker Dawda Ceesay who had a brilliant season in the I League this year. He had a hamstring injury during this season. Kolkata giant Mohun Bagan likely to sign this Gambian footballer for the upcoming Super Cup.

Ceesay got a great combination with Willis Plaza who already scored 20 goals in 19 games for the Goan club this season.

Mohun Bagan looking for a replacement of Henry Kisekka as he was released from the club few days back. Henry scored just five goals in this season so far.

Ceesay will look to have a good combination with another Bagan striker Dilanda Dicka ahead of the upcoming Super Cup. Khalid Jamil and his team will look to have a fresh start after their last I League game against Shillong Lajong FC.

The green and maroons will recruit another defender as they had a trouble with their defence in this season of I League. According to sources former Patha Chakra defender Victor Kamukha can join Bagan as he gave trial at Barasat stadium yesterday.
