XtraTime Web Desk: A late strike from Eric Maxim Choupo Moting helped Paris Saint German come from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Atalanta and secure a spot in the semi final of the Champions League at the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon on Wednesday. The French champions looked set for yet another agonizing quarter final exit in the Champions League after Mario Pasalic gave Atalanta the lead in the 26th minute. But two late goals from Marquinhos (90’) and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (90’+3’) helped PSG pull off a thrilling win.

Mario Pasalic put Atalanta ahead in the 26th minute of the match with a deft strike past Keylor Navas. The Portugese was brilliant under the PSG goal as he made some stunning saves. He also picked up an injury and was forced to leave the ground in the 79th minute, casting doubts about his availability in the semi-finals which is next week. Kylian Mbappe, who came in as a substitute for the final half hour made an impact in the match.

Brazilian superstar Neymar assisted in the equalizer for PSG. Choupo-Moting crossed to the Brazilian on the left of PSG's attack and Neymar played a ball across the six-yard box for Marquinhos to slot in. Smelling blood, the French side looked to go for the kill and eventually succeeding in the third minute of stoppage time. Neymar fed a ball to Mbappe who then crossed it to the first goal, before Choupo-Moting finished from almost the same spot as Marquinhos had.

This was the first last four entry for Paris Saint German in the Champions League since 1995.
