Internet Desk: Virat Kohli led Indian cricket team has continued their rampaging run on the Proteas soil as they thumped South Africa by 9 wickets after a brilliant show by star wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal with the ball at Centurion to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the six-match ODI series.

The visitors choose to bowl first in the second ODI at the Super Sport Park where the spin-duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav continued their rampaging run against the hosts just like they did in the first ODI at Durban. Chahal (5/22) took his first five-for in the international cricket , on the other hand the hero of the last match with the ball, Kuldeep (3/20) backed him well too as he took three wickets. All the Proteas batsman failed to understand their trick with the ball and got all-out on 118. Veteran JP Duminy and Khaya Zondo were the joint top scorer of the side which was 25.

In reply the Men in Blue chased down the target with 30 overs still left in the match thanks to a brilliant batting by opener Shikhar Dhawan and last match centurion skipper Virat Kohli. Dhawan hit his 24 ODI half century in the process and remained not out on 51, on the other hand skipper Kohli too were not out on 46. With taking a 2-0 lead in the series the Indian cricket team now has a great chance to win their maiden series on South African soil.
