CFL 2017: Mohun Bagan wary of facing Subhash Bhowmick’s Tollygunge Agragami

Bagan-1
Kolkata:
Mohun Bagan is desperate to maintain their winning run against Subhash Bhowmick’s rejuvenated Tollygunge Agragami on Sunday. No doubt it would be an intriguing contest between the two sides as the game will also offer a silent battle between Mohun Bagan and the legendary Subhash Bhowmick.  Mohun Bagan, though are a bit concerned as they won’t get the service of goalkeeper Shilton Paul. In-form midfielder Chesterpaul Lyngdoh too has an injury and is very much doubtful for the game.

Though, both the coaches Shankarlal Chakraborty and Subhash Bhowmick are sharing a lot of respect for each other. The Bagan coach said, “Mr Bhowmick is my Guru. He was the one who introduced me with the game. I have played a lot of games in his coaching. He has a sharp football brain. It’s gonna be a tough match.”

At the same time Shankarlal also showed his respect for Sanjoy Sen. He said, “Bhowmick took me to football. But Sanjoy Sen is the one who has given me the stability.”

In the flip side, Bhowmick said, “Will have to play against eleven lions. Their attacking force is very strong. He might be thin in stature, but he has a great football brain.”

The Bagan skipper Kingshuk Debnath is giving a lot of importance to Tollygunge’s Anthony Wolfe, as he said, “He is a threat for any side. We have a plan to mark him zonally. Lets see how it goes.”

Now it is to see who has the final laugh tomorrow.
