Chennai , December 28: Indian tennis ace Leander Paes will be partnering Spaniard Marcel Granollers in the doubles . The 2015 edition saw Leander Paes and partner Raven Klaasen as runners-up, losing to eventual champions Yen-Hsun Lu and Jonathan Marray. The 2016 edition will see both players with different partners, and many other exciting player combinations and match-ups.

With a singles field that promises thrilling tennis, the doubles draw at the 20th edition of Aircel Chennai Open will see Leander Paes, Rajeev Ram, Benoit Paire and Borna Coric leading from the front.The top ten doubles pairings are:

With the above doubles advance entries already in, four direct acceptances will be signed on-site and two pairs will be awarded wild cards to play in the 20th edition of India’s most prestigious international tennis
