XtraTime Web Desk: The U17 boys made the entire nation proud with their spirited display when they featured in the FIFA U17 World Cup back in 2017. Opportunity now for the girls to make amends. The AIFF too are trying to do as much as they can do to help the team for their preparations for much awaited event. The parent body of World Football are trying to get a famed foreign coach to lift the team at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup 2020, according to a reports.

The team is now training under the careful eyes of former India forward Alex Ambrose. He is currently preparing the 35 probables for the tournament in Goa on a non-permanent commitment.

However, AIFF wants a female coach to lead the girls in the tournament next year. They are hopeful that they can land a candidate, latest by next month.
