Xtra Time Web Desk : The new Ahemdabad franchise are likely to rope in some big names in their coaching staff ahead of the IPL 2022. Reportedly, the franchise is in adavanced talks with the the the likes of heavyweights such Gary Kirsten, former Team India speedster Ashish Nehra and former English cricketer Vikram Solanki to be a part of their support staff.


Kirsten who was at the helm of Team India's 2011 World cup winning team, being probably one of the biggest names in the world of cricket would also provide the experience in the of coaching Royal Challengers Bangalore in the past, would help to build an aura around the team which in turn would generate huge expectations from the franchise. Alongside the South African, former team India pacer Ashish Nehra would also serve as a valuable asset for the franchise as he has the wealth of experience of being in the support staff of franchises in the past. Apart from that, the appointment of Vikram Solanki would also serve as a vital cog in the wheel, if Ahmedabad are successful in appointing him.


Now, amidst all the speculations and reports, it would be interesting to see if the franchise can actually sign the trio as part of their support staff.
