XtraTime Web Desk - What a run from Mumbai City FC. After a draw in the very first match of their campaign, Mumbai fought back and are now the league leaders of Indian Super League.

Playing against Chennaiyin FC on Wednesday, Mumbai's two main players were on target once again. Harnan Santana and Adam le Fondre. This pair will give sleepless nights too many defenders in the ongoing season.

However it was Chennaiyin who struck first. In the 40th minute mark, Sylvestr put Chennaiyin ahead. He scored a brilliant goal to register his first goal in the Indian super league. Mumbai did not have to wait long enough for a comeback as just before half time, Hernan Santana scored the equaliser. The first of ended one all.

Mumbai kept the pressure in Chennaiyin's defence and got the lead in the 75th minute of the match. Again, it was Adam le fondre for Mumbai. With each passing game, he's just getting better and better. Amrinder Singh her brilliant game and denied Chennai all throughout the game. Chennai couldn't find an equaliser and lost the game 2-1.

Csaba Laszlo was very very disappointed with the referring throughout the match. The fans of Chennaiyin FC thinks they were robbed and was denied of two penalties. The quality of referring in this ISL has indeed been of very poor quality. If this doesn't improve, it will cost a lot of points for some deserving teams.
