Guwahati , December 26 : 2nd Division League’s Eastern Conference Round-7 fixture between Mohammedan Sporting Club and Guwahati FC scheduled at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Guwahati was abandoned due to unavailability of the ambulance at the match venue, here on Saturday afternoon.
Though the ambulance did arrive at the venue around 3.00 PM — one hour later of scheduled kick-off time — but the Match Commissioner called off the match as sufficient light was not there to complete full 90 minutes.
Now it depends on Match Comissioner’s report whether Mohammedan will get full three points, which is in rules, or the match will be rescheduled.
