Image Source: XtraTime[/caption] Kolkata: A young girl was waiting in front of the famous house of Biren Roy Road, Behala from 8 o'clock in the morning. But usually it's very much a common picture if it comes in terms of the place where one of the greatest captains and sports ambassadors of the country, Sourav Ganguly lives. Thus, nobody paid that much importance to the lady who came all the way from the district of Bankura to worship her love on the auspicious occasion of Valentine's Day. Around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, a lady from Sourav Ganguly's office informed "dada" about the incident as she started crying in front of the house. The moment Ganguly came to know that the lady has come all the from Bishnupur, which is approximately 157 kilometres away from his place, he asked the lady of her office to bring her in. Pathika Bhattacharya, the student of Economics Honours at Bishnupur Saradamayi Mahila Vidyapith came all the way from Bankura in the early morning to collect the precious gift for her "Valentine" Arghyadeep Mukherjee, for the Valentine's Day. Arghya completed his graduation from Bankura Christian College in this year only and he is perhaps one of the craziest Sourav Ganguly fans who lives his life by worshipping the elegant left-handed genius of Indian cricket history. Pathika came with a bat, an Atletico de Kolkata jersey, autograph pad etc. to sign it from the icon who seems like a "God" to his boyfriend. Arghya is so passionate about Ganguly that he has transformed his house almost into a photo museum. Even if he finds a poster of Ganguly on the road, he collects it carefully to preserve it at his place. Arghyadeep came to know Pathika 7-8 months back through Facebook and decided to come with her girlfriend to meet Dada for the Valentine's Day. But unfortunately he had high fever and couldn't make it to Dada's place. But Pathika wanted to surprise her boyfriend in a way which Arghya perhaps never imagined. When the couple started their journey of love, she asked Arghya, "Whom do you love the most?", and the reply she got was, "Sourav Ganguly". Pathika used to get a bit jealous at the beginning but somehow started to get used to it, as she hardly had any idea about the first love of her boyfriend. In the process of waiting in front of Dada's house, she remained on the fasting and started feeling sick. But the moment she came in touch with the cricketing icon, took autographs for her boyfriend, recorded a video message for her love, took selfies with the legend, spent some unforgettable time with the biggest sports icon of Bengal, she became even a bigger fan than her boyfriend. In her words, "I was never a sports-freak, so I had hardly any clue about the idol and love of my boyfriend. But the moment I spent with him today, I felt it would remain in the canvas of my inward eye for ever. It was indeed special." On the flip side, Arghyadeep seemed to be on the top of the world. He perhaps never thought of that moment in his life. The first time he came across dada, was back in 2016 when he represented his district in the famous quiz show Dadagiri. But a gift like that for the Valentine's Day was something he never dreamt of. Arghyadeep was saying, "This one is perhaps the most beautiful and memorable Valentine's Day ever in my life. I'm still thrilled in utter disbelief! This is something which I will cherish for the years to come. Thank you Pathika." And Pathika? She has become even a bigger admirer of the Prince of Kolkata after spending those priceless moments. Everytime when she goes through the wallpaper of her smartphone, she finds her eyes wet in emotion. Those drops of tears are perhaps what the St.Valentine has painted the love of her life! Sourav Ganguly has now been a significant part of their journey as well... As Helen Keller once said, "The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."
