Debasis Sen, Chelsmford: There is never a dull moment when Virat Kohli & Shikhar Dhawan is around. It proved to be so as the two Delhi boys entertained the fans here by dancing bhangra as they took the field on the third and final day of their practice match against Essex.
The three-day tour game against Essex did not pan out exactly the way Dhawan would have hoped. The opener got a golden pair but that did not prevent him from enjoying the atmosphere on the final day of the warm-up match.
The Indian players were welcomed with a dose of Bhangra by the Indian section and skipper Virat Kohli and Dhawan responded immediately with a few steps that drew rounds of cheers and applause from the crowd. (Watch the video below).

India failed to bowl out county side Essex in 94 overs before Shikhar Dhawan and Cheteshwar Pujara suffered another batting failure on the final day of the one-off practice game, leaving the visitors with plenty to ponder ahead of the first Test.
The play on the final day was called off one and a half hours before the scheduled 6 pm local time due to rain, with India reaching 89 for two in 21.2 overs. The game ended rather abruptly, thanks to the first spell of rain in Chelmsford in two months.
