Internet Desk: Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni was seen in a pretty relax mood ahead of the first of three match ODI series at Dharamsala which is set to be played on Sunday. During India’s practice session on the eve of the match, Dhoni was seen trying some of his bowling skills in the nets too.

As Dharamsala is known as a very cool place in this winter season, Dhoni might try to roll his arm during India’s bowling if Dinesh Karthik gets the wicket-keeper’s gloves in the first ODI.

The Jharkhand maestro already has a international wicket in one day cricket. He took the wicket of Travis Dowlin of West Indies. He also bowled in England where the pitches always help a seam bowler, it will be interesting to see whether Rohit Sharma use Dhoni as a bowler tomorrow.

As the game will start at 11.30am and in a cooler and bouncy conditions, the toss might play a vital role in the match. If the Men in Blue wins the series 3-0 they will reach top of the ICC ODI rankings, overtaking the South Africans where they will tour later this month.

The last time India faced Sri Lanka in the one-dayers, Kohli’s men swept aside the Island nation 5-0.

Even without their inspirational skipper, a batting line-up comprising Rohit, Rahane, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav could prove to be a handful for any opposition.

While the opening slot seems locked with Rohit and Dhawan at the top, Rahane is likely to get a chance at the number three position with Kohli given a much-needed rest.

With the South Africa Test series round the corner, the team management would certainly want their favourite ‘Jinks’ to break the jinx.
