The diehard fans of the oldest I-League club of India, though are not at all happy with the proposed decision of the club officials that there will not be any free ticket this season for the home matches for them, not even for the official members of the club. It is proposed that the members have to spend minimum Rs.100 and the other fans have to spend minimum Rs.200 to watch Sanjoy Sen's men from the stands. Mohun Bagan will most likely be playing their home games at the newly renovated Rabindra Sarobar Stadium and proposal by the officials has not at all pleased their fans. Though the final decision is yet to be announced by the officials and they are still in discussions about it. Mohun Bagan's honourable Secretary Mr.Anjan Mitra said, "We still need a couple of days more to take a final call about it." Though Mohun Bagan official Debashish Dutta tried to deal this issue in his usual style as he said, "Why do you guys taking this in that fashion! Mohun Bagan fans would gleefully "donate" that money for the sake of the club". It is to see how the fans react to their main football recruiter. Meanwhile, after the training, star players like Prabir Das, Pritam Kotal were seemed to be blooming in confidence. Prabir said, "We are not thinking about East Bengal at all. Our entire focus is on our team. I am ready to play wherever our coach wants me to play. Our ultimate focus is to regain the I-League title." Pritam on the other hand revealed his target of the season as he said, "We have three targets this season, The I-League, Federation Cup and the AFC Cup. We want to give equal importance to all three competitions. We have even a better side compare to the last season. But at the same time, I believe the new teams like Minerva Punjab, Chennai City are also equally good like the other existing teams." He added, "Who would have thought that Bengaluru FC would win the I-League in their very first appearance? But they did. Same thing can be done by the new franchises as well. We shouldn't underestimate them", he signs off. But above anything else, it's the ticket price which is the main concern for the Mohun Bagan members and fans ahead of the I-League.
