Image Source: India.com[/caption] Internet Desk: It was a dominating day for India in Visakhapatnam as they reduced England to 103 for 5 at stumps on Day 2. England still trails by 352 runs but what is more important is that Cook and his team need 153 more runs to avoid the follow-on. The third day will be tougher for the visitors as the pitch is assisting the spinners and Ashwin and co. will be licking their fingers to have a go at the England batsmen.

According to Ravi Chandran Ashwin, who not only scored a fifty but has already taken two wickets hinted that India will be but all guns blazing tomorrow to get England all out for a low score. The No. 1 Test bowler seemed to be quite confident that they can win the match from here. Ashwin said, “Honestly one day I would like to walk into a press conference and stop answering questions on the pitch because that's as good as Indian pitch one can get. I don't know why these jibes come back at us. Honestly it look like a jibe where you looking at Indian wickets. It does honestly. You guys watch the game through the day and pitch is something you can definitely assess better than we do.”

Speaking on his batting, Ashwin said, "I quite enjoy batting. I tried to stay a little more positive. Obviously I've runs behind my back whenever I've gone I've contributed heavily in last four-five months. There are some attacks where you feel confident going out there and batting. I've been batting well against them ever since they last toured here. I carry a psychological advantage when I play against them. I've worked on a few things like I've opened up a stance a little bit which is working for me. I'm enjoying my batting to be honest".

Speaking on the expectation, the spinning all-rounder said, “I quite enjoy it. I pride myself on having high benchmarks. I'm always compared against what I've performed in the past. It's a good thing to have. I compete with myself so actually people comparing my own performance to myself are something that's good.”

Ashwin also praised debutant Jayant Yadav for his fielding and bowling. Regarding the run out Jayant inflicted, Ashwin said, "It's massive. Sometimes these kinds of partnerships are broken through run outs. More than anything else I feel happy for Jayant to give us the momentum through the run out before getting a wicket for himself. I'm really happy for him.”

Joe Root brought up yet another test fifty not long after he lost his partner. It was his 24th half century of an ever-flourishing test career.

He, however, fell just moments afterwards. A sharp catch from Umesh Yadav off the bowling of Ashwin saw the end of the England number four for 53. According to Ashwin, Root's wicket delighted him. "He jabbed at one and it went through the gate. It's a very different pitch to what we saw in Rajkot. It's not one of those easy paced pitches. He nicked one almost towards short leg, so we were expecting a shot like that. Obviously the wicket is massive".

The pitch has begun to turn and Saturday will be a tough day for England as now they have to fight to save the follow-on which is 153 runs away. If the spinners respond well tomorrow then it will be very difficult for England to save this test match.
