Internet Desk: Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has proved his critics wrong on Thursday who were saying that he should start thinking on his retirement as he guided the Men in Blue to a thrilling win with the help of tail-ender Bhuvneshwar Kumar. With this win the visitors took a 2-0 lead in the 5-match ODI series against Sri Lanka at Pallekele. Though the Jharkhand batsman is showing sign of his retirement, but he has already started to think on his retirement plans.
If sources are to be believed, Dhoni is thinking of opening a five-star hotel in Ranchi. He is all set to invest an amount of 300 crore rupees for the new project. Rhiti Travel and Ticketing Pvt Ltd is looking after all the official paper works and it is expected that almost 500 people will get jobs in Dhoni’s new hotel.
Couple of years back Dhoni has started working as a part-time businessman. He is a co-owner of ISL based franchise Chennaiyin FC and Hockey India League’s side Ranchi Rays.
The former India captain will also start a cricket academy in Dubai with the assistance of Dubai Pacific Sports Club. The name of the academy would be MS Dhoni Cricket Academy (MSDCA). Except these, Dhoni also has his own clothing brand and chain of gyms in India.
