Xtra Time Web Desk : World Tennis number one, Novak Djokovic on Monday won the court case against the Australian Government, who revoked his Visa due to a ‘Vaccine Controversy’ as part of their own COVID-19 protocols.

This came aftermath of a series of events which saw Djokovic’s Visa being cancelled by the Australian Government due to not being ‘jabbed’. The Serbian Tennis star on the other hand entered Australia on grounds of medical exemption as his lawyers claimed that he had COVID back in December, 2021.

However, Australian Court’s judge, Anthony Kelly based upon the above events ordered Djokovic to be immediately released from immigration detention and other documents of his like Visa, Passport etc to be returned to him. This would allow the World Tennis number one to be eligible to feature in Australian open.
