Kolkata: Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan will be facing Churchill Brothers in their third I-League game at Barasat on Sunday. And as a result the entire team practice with renewed vigour after defeating arch-rivals East Bengal in their last game. Barasat stadium has astro-turf which would be a little problem for the players, however Japanese midfielder Yuta Kinowaki claimed that despite the turf being a bit tough, not much problem would take place.

Star forward Ansumana Kromah is all set to face his former club as he said, “fight against Churchill will not be easy. It is my former club as it has established me in India. However I am a professional footballer and I will give my 200 on the game”

“When I had my visa problems, I traveled to Goa and saw Churchill. The team is not the same as it has downgraded. We will have to earn three points at any cost”

Kinowaki had the job of stopping Katsumi and Al Amna in the duty which he performed exceedingly well. However he said, “I just did my job and nothing else. I am happy on being given a chance to play in the derby. We created many opportunities but couldn’t score them. However it’s a positive side that we have created so many opportunities. Our aim is to win the league”

For the upcoming game against Churchill, goalkeeper coach Arpan Dey said, “We will have to play the next game with more seriousness”.
