XtraTime Web Desk: Kolkata giants East Bengal has formed a new company to play the Indian Super League in 2020-21 season. The newly formed company will pick the bid paper from FSDL. With the license of the new company, the Red and Gold Brigade will play the top tier league of India. On the other hand, the name of the new company is ‘Shree Cement Foundation’ and currently there are two directors Sanjay Mehta & Prakash Narayan Chhangani.

As per sources the newly formed company has already started the process of picking up the new bid paper, after that a lot of paper works needs to be done. They have to submit the bid documents to the FSDL in between September 14 and beside that they also have to send a hard copy to FSDL on September 17.  After that the FSDL will look examine the papers and then they will introduce East Bengal as the new team for ISL 2020-21.
