XtraTime Web Desk: Kolkata giant Mohun Bagan’s former winger Britto PM is set to play Indian Super League this season where he will play alongside his former teammates Suhair VP and Gurjinder Kumar. As per sources the winger is set to join NorthEast United ahead of the new season.
Britto, who dawned the Green and Maroon jersey in 11 matches in the last I-League season was one of the main reasons that Mohun Bagan won the league for the second time.
In 2010, Kerala’s lone representatives in I-League Viva Kerala FC, Signed Britto for their youth squad from U19 Kerala Team. Then after Viva Kerala became defunct, and signed for pune fc in 2011-12 Quartz SC signed Britto along with other players.
In 2014, Britto joined Indian Navy the represented Services in 2014–15, 2015–16, 2016–17 seasons of Santosh Trophy (2 times champions). Britto came under limelight during his stint at the Churchill Brothers during 2017-18 season, where he played brilliantly for the Goan side.
