IPL 2022 : Simon Katich quits as Sunrisers Hyderabad assistant coach
Xtra Time Web Desk : Former Australia batter Simon Katich on Friday stepped down as the assistant coach of Indian Premier League franchise, Sunrisers Hyderabad just days after the Mega Auction 2022.
The southpaw was present in this year's mega auction as a coaching staff of the Hyderabad franchise which reportedly became a matter of disagreement between him and the team management.
According to reports, the 46 year old was also in disagreement with the team management about how the team was being run and thus decided to quit as Sunrisers Hyderabad's assistant coach.
Earlier, Katich was brought by the franchise's head coach Tom Moody to work as his assistant.
