Xtra Time Web Desk: It is the business end of IPL 2022 and the race for the third and fourth play off spots is getting trickier. Kolkata Knight Riders have climbed to the seventh spot in the points table courtesy their win over Mumbai Indians by 52 runs on Monday. While Mumbai stay at the 10th spot after losing their game against KKR ongoing cash rich league.

After Match No 56, IPL newbies Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans maintain the top two spots with 16 points from 11 games. Rajasthan Royals are in the third spot with 14 points from same number of games. RCB are also on 14 points but Faf du Plessis and his team have played a game more.
