IPL 2022 : Former Sri Lanka pacer Lasith Malinga appointed as the bowling coach of Rajasthan Royals
Xtra Time Web Desk : Former Sri Lanka speedster Lasith Malinga on Friday was announced as the fast bowling coach of Rajasthan Royals for the upcoming Indian Premier League 2022.
The 40 year old, who was a key member of the Mumbai Indians franchise for over a decade and helped them to win 5 IPL titles, will be seen donning the colours of a different team other than the Ambani owned franchise.
Also, Malinga will combine with Kumar Sangakkara and Steffan Jones to form a strong team management group, with the likes of Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson, R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal as key members of the playing XI.
