IPL 2018: The top 5 ‘Uncapped’ players of this season

Kolkata: Except the ongoing season veteran Bengal bowler Ashok Dinda was a part of Indian Premier League since 2008. Though he is not playing in this season’s IPL but he is doing Bengali commentary. He has picked 5 rising cricketers from IPL 2018 who has the ability of becoming star of the nation.

Ankit Rajpoot (Kings XI Punjab):

The boy can bowl with a pace of 145kmph and he has the ability of swinging the ball in both ways with that which is very rare. He knows on which length he should bowl. Beside that he has a good height as well and according to me he will do really well in future.

Prithvi Shaw (Delhi Daredevils):

While watching him play only one face comes in front of me and that is legendary Virender Sehwag. He just plays fearless cricket just like Virender Sehwag.  He has the ability of becoming a great cricketer. I have seen him in Duleep Trophy, he has great timing and temperament as well.

Suryakumar Yadav (Mumbai Indians):

He has been playing domestic cricket for a long period of time. He has a lot of experience as well and in this year’s IPL he has done remarkably well for Mumbai Indians. I can say now India has another option as an opener.

Siddarth Kaul (SunRisers Hyderabad):

Though he was discovered during his U19 stint, but he didn’t get much chance while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders. But he has changed himself with time and the experience has given him much confidence as well. He not only can swing the ball both ways, but also can bowl good Yorkers as well. He has got a chance in the Indian national team and I am eager to see his performance in the blue jersey.

Ishan Kishan (Mumbai Indians):

The star wicketkeeper batsman from Jharkhand has done a lot for Mumbai Indians this season. I know him for almost five years and I have seen that he has the hunger of doing something for his team. After hitting a six he always tries to hit another six, just like Mahendra Singh Dhoni and if he gets freedom he can do wonders which we have seen in this year’s IPL. Only because of Surya and Ishan Mumbai had gone that far in this season.
