India creates history in Ireland, wins the series with an ease

XtraTime Web Desk: Brilliant spell by India’s ace spin duo Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal helped India to register their biggest win in T20I as they beat Ireland by 143 runs and clinch the two-match series 2-0.




At first Ireland won the toss and chose to field first. India skipper Virat Kohli fall for cheaply as he got out on 9, but KL Rahul, who came in place of Shikhar Dhawan played a top knock of 70 runs along with Suresh Raina (69) and Hardik Pandya (32*) to take the team’s score to 213 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs time. Hero of the last game Rohit Sharma got out on a duck.




In reply the hosts could only manage to score 70 runs before getting all-out. Kuldeep and Chahal were the star for the Men in Blue as they shared 3 wickets each to take their side to victory.
