XtraTime Web Desk: Tough times continue for defending champions Minerva Punjab as Real Kashmir’s Gnohere Krizo was the difference between the two teams when his solitart strike sealed the three points for his side. Minerva Punjab will be very upset as they had a bright start to the second-half but failed to make their chances count.
Shaky defending from Minerva’s Lancing Toure in the 73rd minute allowed Krizo to have a bit of space and he triggered a bullett shot to give real Kashmir a historic victory, their first in the history of the I-League.
It was a disappointing first half for both the teams but Minerva certainly had a better start in the second half but the attacking front had lacked the cutting edge to score the goals. It was Real Kashmir who though had the most important moment of the match to grab their first with in the biggest stage of Indian football.
