Xtratime Web Desk: Neymar Jr. has broken Pelé's longstanding record in Brazilian football. In a recent match against Bolivia in the qualification round for the 2026 World Cup, Neymar led Brazil to a 5-1 victory, scoring two goals himself. With these goals, he has now surpassed Pelé's record, becoming Brazil's all-time top scorer with 79 goals, while Pelé had 77.

Interestingly, Neymar recently made a move from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal during the transfer window. After leaving European football to play in Asia, Neymar seemed to consider it a new chapter in his career, possibly indicating that he might be winding down his illustrious career at the age of 31.

Despite his international and club success, Neymar continues to represent Brazil with passion and skill, always striving to showcase his talent on the football field.
