Suman Chakravorty & Sabyasachi Bagchi, New Delhi: An unusual error occurred ahead of the FIFA U17 World Cup match between India and USA encounter last night. Prime Minister of Narendra Modi was felicitating the nation’s legendary football captains for their achievements in Blue jersey. The presenter called up the name of Bengal’s very own Bhaskar Ganguly who captained India in the 1982 Asiad. But the crowd saw a shocking moment after that. In his place Maghan Singh went on to meet the Prime Minister to receive the honour and Bhaskar was seen standing in the crowd.

He was literally feeling humiliated after this incident. That outburst came out when he met www.xtratime.in correspondent Suman Chakravorty at the hotel premises. He also hailed Dheeraj Singh for his outstanding goal-keeping against USA.
