XtraTime Web Desk: Premier League giants Manchester United booked a place in the last four spot of the UEFA Europa League on Monday night courtesy a 1-0 win against FC Copenhagen. Bruno Fernandes scored for the Red Devils in the injury time of the match from a penalty. In another quarter final clash Romelu Lukaku helped Inter Milan beats Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 to cruise through to the last four stages.


United, which won Europe’s second-tier competition in 2017, will next meet either Sevilla or Wolverhampton Wanderers for a berth in the final after grinding down its stubborn Danish opponent in an entertaining last-eight clash.


In another quarter final clash Romelu Lukaku scored the winner for Inter Milan in a 2-1 victory over Bayer Leverkusen Nicolo Barella put Inter ahead in the 15th minute, driving the ball home after Lukaku’s shot was blocked, and six minutes later, the Belgian himself got on the score sheet when he displayed his strength by holding off defender Edmond Tapsoba before firing home. Leverkusen winger Kai Havertz, reduced the margin for the German side.

Inter will next meet the winner of Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk and FC Basel of Switzerland on Tuesday night in semi final.
