East Bengal thrash UiTM Football Club 4-1 in their first pre-season friendly in Malaysia

XtraTime Web Desk: Quess East Bengal FC begins their pre-season tour in Malaysia in an emphatic way as they beat UiTM Football Club 4-1 on Sunday. Alejandro Menendez Garcia’s men were behind at the start of the first half as they conceded a goal. But later they took 2-1 lead at the end of the first half.

The Red & Gold Brigade’s newly recruited Mexican forward Enrique Esqueda and midfielder Mahmoud Al Amna scored a goal each from penalties. The other two goals were scored by Jobby Justin & Yami. This big win in the first practice match in Malaysia will definitely give a lot of confidence to Alejandro’s men ahead of the forthcoming I-League.
