Kalyani: Despite Mohammedan lost 5 valuable points, Kolkata giant Mohan Bagan will be paying equal importance to the Black Panthers when the two sides face-off in the mini-derby tomorrow at Kalyani stadium. The Mariners are of the belief that to win the league i.e., CFL all the games from hence forth are do-or-die matches as there is no room for error.

Mohammedan has quite a few established footballers like Jiten Murmu , Sk Faiyaz and other along with I-League winning forward Dipanda Dicka who has already scored 6 goals in the ongoing CFL and as a result this team is a tough nut to crack thinks Shankarlal Chakraborty.

Owing to a tough tomorrow, one can expect the likes of Shilton Paul over Shibinraj. The defender slots are to be filled by Arijit Bagui, Ricky, Kingshuk Debnath and Kingsley. Nikhil Kadam could replace Chesterpaul Lyngdoh while Shilton D’Silva can be out of the starting 11. Young Azharuddin Mullick can play out wide in the wings while Reynar Fernandez and Sourav Das are to fill the middle slots. The lightning duo of Kamo and Kromah are to play as the two strikers.

“Mohammedan is a good team and we are paying a lot of importance to them but Kingsley returning to the squad is a big boost for us. Kamo and Dicka are both brilliant strikers but they are also different type of player and it will be unwise to judge them” said skipper Kingshuk Debnath.

“It will be a little tough for us as we have played all the games at home and in the evening while here we will play in the blazing sun” he added.

Owing to new installation of seats almost 12 thousand tickets have been sold, while each ticket has been of a price of INR 100.
